Information we collect

When you contact us or request an inspection, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, unit count or unit identifiers, and notes about your request. We also receive information you include in correspondence and records of your SMS consent and communication preferences. Please provide only information relevant to your inspection inquiry.

How we use information

We use this information to answer questions, review inspection requests, coordinate scheduling, provide service updates, and follow up on inspection services. Booking requests require approval; appointments are confirmed by email. Submitting a request does not itself confirm an appointment.

Text messaging choices

SMS messages concern Safe Earth Environmental inspections, scheduling, reminders, and service follow-up. Providing a phone number or submitting a booking request does not, by itself, enroll you in ongoing texts. To request ongoing text updates, select the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our inspection inquiry form and submit the form. The box is unchecked by default, and we store your consent selection with the inquiry. If you text us first, we may reply to your inquiry; permission for continuing updates is requested separately. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Information sharing

Information is available to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to support our booking, communication, and service operations. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information, or share them with affiliates or third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery may process only the information needed for that operational purpose. Safe Earth SMS consent does not authorize texts from other business brands.

If you text us first, we may respond to that inquiry; ongoing inspection updates require separate consent. Giving us your phone number or requesting a booking does not automatically subscribe you. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and inspection activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier or device conditions.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (401) 618-1717 or contact@safeearthenvironmental.com. You may request to rejoin by texting START.
